Commencement 2008

Geneseo's 142nd Commencement, Saturday, May 17, 2008 will be held outside in the Commencement Stadium at B Parking Lot, rain or shine, beginning promptly at 10:00 am Members of the graduating class

should assemble outside on the sidewalk surrounding the College Green by 9:15 am. We encourage 'dress casual' attire for graduates that takes into consideration the weather conditions. 

Tickets

Tickets are required for admission to the Commencement ceremony. Seniors and Graduate students who have filed applications to graduate and are planning to participate in the May 2008 Commencement Ceremony should pick up their maximum of five tickets at the Office of the Registrar, Erwin 102, Wednesday, May 14, Thursday May 15, or Friday, May 16 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.  Photo ID is required. Graduating students do not need a ticket.

Students who did not have an opportunity to pick up tickets at the Office of the Registrar during the week may pick them up in Erwin Hall Lobby beginning at 8:30 am on Commencement Day.

We strongly recommend that you get your tickets in advance.

Photo ID is required to pick up tickets at any time.

Rehearsal

Assembly for rehearsal on Friday, May 16 at 1:45 pm is outdoors on the sidewalk surrounding the College Green.
