Commencement 2024

Each year SUNY Geneseo celebrates the unique accomplishments and profound growth of each member of the graduating class. The Class of 2024 Undergraduate Commencement will take place on Saturday, May 18, 2024.

Commencement Ceremonies occur in the Ira S. Wilson Ice Arena in Merritt Athletic Center. 

Please note: It is extremely important to arrive and be seated by 8:45am for the Morning Ceremony and 1:45pm for the Afternoon Ceremony. We begin closing hallways and access areas to move the procession of graduates, faculty and platform parties into the procession in the arena. Thank you!
